We designed a spacious 145-square-meter apartment in Madinaty, Group B11, tailored to the client’s unique needs. With three toilets—a master, a guest, and one for the bedrooms—the layout was optimized for convenience and functionality. The client envisioned a green-inspired design, so we incorporated natural tones and finishes throughout. To address the small kitchen, we created an open-plan design while maintaining privacy at the main entrance for a seamless and welcoming flow.
