This mega project in Stella Sidi Abdel Rahman, North Coast, showcases a bold architectural and landscape design. As the lead coordinator for the project, I ensured seamless integration of all elements. The mall features a well-zoned layout with distinct areas for retail, rooftop restaurants with night lighting, and a centrally located hypermarket. The unique landscape design includes a golf car path and an inviting, one-of-a-kind entrance. This project stands as a benchmark for innovation and functionality in coastal mall design.
